Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AI tools in daily workflow (code generation, review, debugging, and design exploration) to increase delivery speed while maintaining quality.
  • •Write and review architectural plans for new projects, then participate hands-on in implementation with the team.
  • •Solve complex technical problems in your service/domain and escalate cross-team tradeoffs as needed.
  • •Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers to improve code quality and engineering practices.
  • •Own technical decisions for delivery that meets/exceeds customer expectations, help establish practices for the India PDT team, and collaborate with product, designers, and global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  • •Marketplace product experience and scaling multi-sided platforms are highly desirable.
  • •Hands-on proficiency using modern AI development tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, code-review copilots, agentic dev tools) to speed delivery without harming code quality.
  • •Strong full-stack development expertise: backend services/APIs/data-driven systems in Python, and frontend development with React and TypeScript.
  • •Proven leadership to set technical direction, mentor engineers, and influence product and business decisions.
