Job Summary

Provide technical support for Spectre-based analog simulation flows, including schematic, MMSIM, and design environment usage. Assist foundry teams with PDK development and related QA flows. Partner with product engineers and R&D to communicate customer issues, track resolutions, and support foundry customer engagements through tool usage, flow clarification, and issue reproduction.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for Spectre-based analog simulation flows, including schematic, MMSIM, and design environment usage.
•Assist foundry teams with the development and maintenance of PDK development and related QA flow.
•Collaborate with product engineers and R&D to communicate customer issues and feedback and help track resolution under guidance from senior engineers.
•Participate in foundry-related customer engagements as needed, focusing on tool usage, flow clarification, and issue reproduction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS with 3+ years of work experience in an IC design house or foundry.
•Experience with spice level and fast spice level simulation (e.g., Spectre, Hspice, Hsim, Ultrasim, XPS, Finesim).
•Experience with analog/mixed-signal pre-layout and post-layout simulation (e.g., AMS designer, XA-VCS).
•Knowledge of transistor-level reliability and EM/IR analysis.
•Strong communication skills with a self-motivated, collaborative, customer-oriented mindset.
