Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute project performance controlling measures including costs, revenue, cash flow, margin controlling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Support Finance with accurate project financial booking, including month closing, accruals, invoicing, and receivables and supplier invoice follow-up.
  • •Prepare monthly project financial reports and forecasts and provide data for Project Management and Senior Management.
  • •Support tendering and sales activities by identifying and mitigating risk and assisting with contract negotiations.
  • •Maintain project information in BEUMER systems, including milestones, budgets, deadlines, and proposal/project number assignment, and support risk/claim management and invoicing during execution.
