Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, including succession planning through coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to maintain supervisory staff.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality, production, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
