Support credential operations for Insomniac’s Hard Summer festival by serving as the first point of contact for staff check-in. Verify government-issued IDs, resolve credential upload issues before arrival, and help maintain safety and security as a key-holder. Assist with credential office administration, ensuring materials are inventoried and transported back to the warehouse. Work closely with management to execute Credential Ops during the event.
