Serve as a technical, trusted advisor to U.S. government customers on mission-critical GIS initiatives. Build relationships with enterprise decision makers, lead technical meetings, and design complex solutions that align ArcGIS to customer business needs. Deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, provide configuration guidance, troubleshoot application deployment and system architecture, and integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems and cloud environments while meeting defense-space and clearance requirements.

•Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of an account team, leading technical meetings that drive revenue.
•Serve as a technical leader and Defense subject matter expert, applying sales strategies to develop complex solutions for strategic customers.
•Proactively craft and propose GIS solutions that clarify business value and align Esri technology with customer business needs.
•Design and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, providing configuration guidance and best practices.
•Troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture, and share knowledge with new team members.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the Defense space.
•Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context (e.g., security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing).
•Demonstrated technical consulting and conceptual solution design, including troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture.
•Applicants must be a US Citizen and obtain/maintain security clearance eligibility for Secret, Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with polygraph.
