Job Summary

Lead strategic initiatives to grow Visa’s U.S. debit business by analyzing market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer/segment needs. Manage cross-functional workstreams across Product, Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Client teams, support pilot design and go-to-market execution, and build business cases. Own performance tracking with dashboards and KPI analysis, and create client-facing and executive materials that translate strategy into actionable insights.

•Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, segmentation assessments, and translate complex data into growth recommendations.
•Support pilot design and go-to-market execution, including building business cases and operationalizing new acceptance use cases with partners.
•Manage key workstreams within strategic initiatives by driving milestones, identifying risks, and coordinating deliverables across teams.
•Build and maintain performance tracking through dashboards, reporting, and KPI analysis (e.g., payment volume and revenue) to recommend actions to accelerate growth.
•Coordinate day-to-day efforts across Product, Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Client teams and develop client-facing and executive-level materials (scorecards, updates, strategic narratives).

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
•Experience in product management, product ownership, business process analysis, or sales operations.
•Experience working with large data sets to synthesize clear, actionable insights.
•Experience managing and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision.
•Experience working cross-functionally to implement and assess operational impact of process changes.
