Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; must be able to lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs.
  • •Must obtain (or be able to obtain) a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
