Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • •Support a positive team environment by proactively sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques

Key Requirements

  • •Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
