Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate internal and external teams on preparation for silicon and resource availability with manufacturing.
  • •Identify and validate HBM component validation equipment and the testing flow to ensure silicon meets product expectations.
  • •Debug failures, identify root causes, and implement fixes for fails (design or process).
  • •Work with DV and QA on customer returns to identify new tests; partner with Global Quality to ensure reliability.
  • •Troubleshoot, develop, and/or validate HBM component validation testing programs; deliver presentations and provide on-the-job training to new engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in memory semiconductor, balancing hardware and software skills.
  • •Proven experience working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, Verilog, UVM, and version control systems (git, svn).
  • •Excellent circuit and test program debug skills, including hands-on experience.
  • •Good understanding of analog and digital circuits to drive root-cause analysis; previous memory experience is preferred.
  • •Hands-on data analytics/scripting tools experience (e.g., JMP, Python V93K or Magnum ATE) and strong problem-solving/analytical and communication skills.
