Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in leading the strategic direction for the Frontline LOB BISO program and prioritize consulting on the greatest security concerns and initiatives.
  • •Provide consulting and thought leadership to business teams on information security matters aligned to risk tolerance and security requirements.
  • •Serve as a liaison and point of contact for security-related concerns/risks within LOBs, including insider threat, and support enterprise data protection strategies.
  • •Report KRI results, perform trend analysis, and drive phishing and DLP awareness and accountability in LOBs.
  • •Approve decisions on high-risk information security processes (e.g., elevated access and DLP entitlements) based on business justifications, and provide indirect leadership by mentoring BISOs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Seven years minimum experience with a combination of business and information security experience.
  • •Information security knowledge/expertise and ability to identify and mitigate information security risks within business processes.
  • •Banking industry knowledge/experience and line of business knowledge or equivalent.
  • •Project management experience and ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations in a large, complex business.
