Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand priorities, workforce needs, and plans; develop hiring strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment including talent demand analysis, sourcing, screening and assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, hiring decision support, and onboarding coordination.
  • •Drive recruitment delivery across professional, technical, commercial, R&D, and other business-critical roles.
  • •Conduct talent mapping, market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking to advise talent decisions and build pipelines.
  • •Ensure accurate, compliant recruitment processes and systems; analyze recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring effectiveness and quality of hire.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • •5+ years of in-house recruiting experience with proven success in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment delivery.
  • •Experience supporting talent acquisition in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting for Sales, R&D, Engineering, Technical, or other business-critical roles.
  • •Strong direct sourcing capability, including engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitor/market research.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
