Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical malfunctions on plant machines, facility systems, and related equipment.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and VFD drives.
  • •Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and adjustment/repair needs.
  • •Install and repair electrical systems and apparatus following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, including fabrication and machining projects and use of lift trucks/maneuvers for elevated work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 1 year maintenance experience OR a technical school diploma OR an Associate’s degree in electronics or commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • •Experience reading electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Must start on 1st shift for training purposes (orientation/onboarding for 4–6 months).
  • •Must be within a 50-mile radius of Reno, NV (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
