Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and explain/demonstrate how Harvey’s AI solutions address them.
  • •Establish credibility as an expert in solving customers’ legal problems by conducting discovery and education through targeted meetings and demos.
  • •Lead tailored product demonstrations for different law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams, validating value via questions and showcasing relevant use cases.
  • •Partner with marketing to develop content that resonates with lawyers’ needs across practice areas and client types.
  • •Act as the “Voice of the Customer” by using legal perspective to inform sales strategy and synthesize customer feedback for the product team.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be qualified to practice law in England & Wales and have at least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm in the U.K.
  • •Experience in intellectual property or within an in-house legal team.
  • •Executive engagement skills to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels.
  • •Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu explanations and formal demos.
  • •Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals, plus curiosity about AI’s potential in the legal industry.
