Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and release daily order batches according to business priorities and operational capacity.
  • •Allocate, print, sort, and distribute orders to support efficient warehouse execution.
  • •Monitor order queues and batch progression to keep orders flowing without unnecessary delays.
  • •Identify aging, stalled, or exception orders and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • •Manage the shared fulfillment inbox and exception flows, including shorted orders, while communicating changing priorities to warehouse leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, customer service, or order management preferred.
