Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support to families through Loula’s provider network.
  • •Complete Loula’s interest form and screening, and schedule an introductory call if you meet minimum qualifications.
  • •Participate in free credentialing and insurance onboarding for major Medicaid and commercial plans in California.
  • •Use Loula’s matching/referral process to connect with insured clients via a Care Navigator.
  • •Work as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network with no client minimums or visit requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation, or 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Ability to support families in California; you must be located in California to proceed to an introductory meeting.
