Drive retail sales growth by identifying and activating opportunities in your assigned market territory using primary data analysis. Support market expansion with small to medium traders and retailers, coordinate targets with the sales team, and partner with Operations and Commercial teams for daily service delivery. Own regular daily/weekly/monthly activity reporting, run promotional activities to improve off-takes and brand image, and use competitive analysis to adjust sales strategy as market conditions change.
