Drive controllership accounting and statutory reporting activities within the CASR organization, owning key tax compliance responsibilities for worldwide entities. You will support CIT filings, transfer pricing documentation inputs, and US GAAP tax provision calculations, while managing relationships across Tax, Controllership, and external tax consultants. Serve as a key owner for tax compliance projects, lead stakeholder reviews with auditors and internal teams, mentor junior staff, and improve controls plus automation to meet stringent deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage key direct tax compliance information, including inputs for CIT filings and corporate income tax return requirements.
•Prepare complex US GAAP tax provision calculations and support related compliances.
•Provide information needed for transfer pricing documentation.
•Lead reviews with stakeholders including Tax, Controllership, and auditors.
•Own tax compliance projects and drive optimization/automation goals while ensuring shared data is accurate and controls are established.

Key Requirements

•CA with 8-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
•Strong accounting and tax domain knowledge.
•Advanced skills using SAP/S4 HANA.
•Ability to work to stringent deadlines for complex direct tax compliance requirements.
•Effective communication, influencing, and teamwork skills, including mentoring junior team members.
