Job Summary

Support the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in driving TikTok revenue growth through client strategy and brand partnerships. Help build proposals, presentations, and sales materials, develop workstreams and resources to improve business processes, and analyze sales/event and campaign performance. You’ll gather and interpret sales data, create dashboards and trackers, coordinate project follow-through, and shadow account managers to learn how to manage a book of business.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in ideation and brainstorming to support client strategy and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials for client meetings or events.
•Build out workstreams and resources to optimize business processes, including troubleshooting guides and business development pipeline support.
•Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, creating dashboards and trackers to monitor performance.
•Manage sales data and coordinate logistics, handling ad-hoc administrative tasks such as updating weekly sales data and data entry.
•Shadow account managers during client meetings/calls and help analyze event and campaign performance to derive actionable optimization insights.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reports, dashboards, and presentations.
•Strong data comfort and analysis skills with organized, detail-oriented multitasking.
•Excellent English communication skills and proven experience collaborating as a team player.
