Key Responsibilities

•Review, approve, and correct non-company leave requests across FMLA/Non-FMLA and other leave types (military, jury duty, bereavement).
•Initiate LOA requests for seasonal and temporary layoffs, manage absences per policy, and execute regular return-from-LOA reporting.
•Enter LOA/Short Term Disability (STD) data and process STD payments, including interfacing with the TPA for overdue LOAs.
•Partner with HR and Nursing stakeholders on return-to-work or transitional work options and process insurance premium payments for team members on unpaid LOA.
•Resolve absence management cases via ServiceNow and conduct daily absence report audits to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance.
