Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, educational materials, and technical presentations.
  • •Own update-tier fixes and content refreshes for existing courses and labs to keep them current as products evolve.
  • •Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing offerings/content for accuracy and relevance.
  • •Deliver pre-production training sessions and create live demonstration recordings for the Tenable product suite.
  • •Provide Tier-1 support coverage for assigned courses by triaging and resolving routine issues before they require senior architect time.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of overall experience in Information Security (or equivalent training/education/services).
  • •Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and a foundational understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • •B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Some exposure to vulnerability management concepts; familiarity with security assessment tools (e.g., Nessus, Kali Linux, or Metasploit) is a plus.
