Operate knives and hooks safely in a meat processing/harvest environment, following all PPE and safety protocols. Perform physical tasks including pushing, lifting, and pulling up to 80 lbs., often standing for extended shifts and working on a moving table/chain. Handle varying hot, cold, and humid conditions while maintaining compliance and efficient production throughout the day’s work.
