Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality products as scheduled and complete daily production requirements by following the production schedule.
  • •Perform pre-compounding tasks: locate, verify, and pull raw materials and quantities from batch tickets; report shortages.
  • •Follow batch ticket instructions, sequences, and quality control procedures exactly; document material consumption and discrepancies.
  • •Maintain assigned equipment by performing required inspections and immediately reporting contamination, mechanical repair needs, or safety issues.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas through routine housekeeping and safety rule compliance; participate in inventories, investigations, and training.
