Key Responsibilities

  • •Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Model excellent customer service and support tellers with transaction and issue resolution using policy and procedure knowledge.
  • •Approve customer and bank transactions within established limits, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and deposit processing.
  • •Support branch operations with teller support relative to losses, differences, and mitigating risk, and assist with audit and certification results.
  • •Ensure branch security and accountability of cash and negotiable items, maintain appropriate cash and ATM cash limits, and respond to requests from operations and other business units.
