•Lead major product features end-to-end, including problem definition, solution exploration, system design, code execution, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
•Design and implement enterprise-grade services and user-facing experiences across the full stack, including backend, APIs, data models, and frontend.
•Create clean abstractions and reusable systems that increase product velocity.
•Own quality, security, availability, and performance of the systems the team builds.
•Drive technical decision-making, respond to incidents, and provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 265,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
•12–15 years of software engineering experience shipping and operating production systems at scale.
•Full-stack depth with fluency in modern frontend and backend and sound judgment on where to solve problems.
•A track record of leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives from inception to launch with strong ownership and urgency.
•Strong system design skills in data modeling, API design, and building for scale, security, and reliability.
