Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • •Supervise minor repairs and defect implementations for equipment, plant, and buildings as required.
  • •Monitor repair defect issues to ensure minimal or zero re-works and maintain on-call maintenance response with minimal supervision.
  • •Maintain and file maintenance records, including repair and renovation documentation (dates, materials, causes, expenditures, approvals) for auditing.
  • •Conduct site visits and inspections, ensure zero accidents, set maintenance goals, schedule work, manage performance, and provide coaching and on-job training.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total experience, including 5 years on the job and 3 years in GCC.
  • •Knowledge in building facility maintenance across construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical systems.
  • •Knowledge of local codes and regulations and methods used in maintaining building equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge—SAP functional skills are required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
