Shape Ello’s elementary math learning experiences at the intersection of pedagogy and AI. Design and iterate AI-powered math lessons, evaluate and refine AI tutor outputs for instructional effectiveness and developmental fit, and craft prompts so the agent teaches like an expert tutor. Partner closely with engineers, AI researchers, curriculum, product, and design to continuously test, improve, and grow the math activity library—moving from ambiguous direction to high-output delivery.

•Design and build AI-powered math lessons that combine strong pedagogy with engaging learner experiences.
•Evaluate AI tutor outputs for instructional effectiveness and developmental appropriateness.

•Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to improve AI-driven instruction through testing, iteration, and evaluation.

•Strong technical foundation (e.g., computer science, AI, educational technology, or building technology-enabled learning products).
•Use LLMs and other generative AI tools daily, and explain how they changed your workflow.
•Communicate fluently with engineers and product teams to translate instructional ideas into AI-powered learning experiences.
•Ramp up quickly, take ambiguous direction, and independently meet a high output bar.
