Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and activation experiences across the three apps during a shared tech stack relaunch.
  • •Define reusable shared capabilities (welcome experience, content discovery, personalization) so they’re built once and applied everywhere.
  • •Design and run experiments focused on activation and reactivation, using metrics to validate what works.
  • •Reimagine content discovery with modular, quick-access experiences beyond long-form browsing.
  • •Manage and mentor a small product team while partnering with marketing and engineering to ship major and incremental improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products driven by retention (not just downloads).
  • •Experience working alongside performance marketing and knowing where product must complement acquisition.
  • •Track record shipping features that measurably improved activation, engagement, or retention.
  • •People leadership experience, having led product managers and focused on growing people.
  • •Comfort using AI tools to turn rough ideas into tangible prototypes and iterate fast in startup/scale-up environments.
