Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and inspect forging multiples to detect surface or subsurface irregularities using industry-standard quality control methods.
  • •Use proper ultrasonic, etch, and dimensional inspection methods to detect defects and assure product quality.
  • •Perform routine/minor maintenance and daily calibration/checks to keep ultrasonic/etch/dimensional equipment clean and functioning properly.
  • •Ensure timely NDT processing and maintain complete, accurate records of tests and results.
  • •Support mult etch inspection and blasting, pursue qualification for ultrasonic level I inspector, and help with CORE/EH&S and hazardous waste water treatment operations as assigned.
