Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production verifications and required visual inspections at the start of each shift and at intervals specified in data acquisition software.
  • •Use data acquisition software to determine required gauging during production and keep accurate documentation during the run.
  • •Inspect parts on conveyor belts and in product containers, including liner inspections as required.
  • •Package and handle production per manufacturing specifications and accurately record scrap in proper containers.
  • •Support machine startups, shutdowns, and line clearances; maintain clean workstations and participate in Lean and Safety programs.

Key Requirements
