Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacies, doctors’ practices, and drugstores in your sales territory. Drive visibility and sales for the Reckitt OTC/health, hygiene, and nutrition portfolio by understanding consumer appeal, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing product placement and shopper insights. Lead territory performance toward assigned goals, using customer data analysis and strong communication to support growth across the Basel-Land, Basel-Stadt, and Aargau region.

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacies, doctors’ practices, and drugstores in your sales territory.
•Identify what makes Reckitt brands attractive to consumers so brands remain the first choice for customers and medical professionals.
•Implement advertising campaigns and coach customers to drive effective sales promotion in stores and pharmacies.
•Optimize product sales by ensuring strong assortment and negotiating improvements in product presentation and promotions.
•Drive sales performance to meet or exceed assigned targets and support positive regional development.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods or a similar sector.
•Knowledge from relevant experience in OTC/apothecary (pharmacy) and strong outside sales performance with shopper insights.
•Completed training in a paramedical/health-related field (e.g., PTA, MTA, Drogist/in) is advantageous.
•Fluent German (spoken and written); French or Italian is a plus and basic English helps with team collaboration.
•Analytical mindset using customer data to inform decisions, with strong communication and the ability to lead effectively.
