Key Responsibilities

•Develop signals, alarms, supervision screens and dashboards to monitor KPIs for automated/robotics systems, following the established alarm philosophy.
•Ensure daily reports, open hotline tickets, and manage SLAs with contracted providers to meet escalation and scalability workflows.
•Monitor maintenance indicators and implement actions to meet targets, including issuing notes and ensuring execution of anomalies detected by the automation team.
•Technically support the execution team in diagnostics and corrective maintenance, train the execution team on automation topics, and build troubleshooting procedures for known resolutions.
•Manage change control processes and oversee CAPEX projects to meet quality, timelines, and forecasted outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering
•Solid experience with supervisory and automated systems
•Knowledge of automation focused on controllers, hardware, and industrial networks (e.g., Profinet and AS-i) and software such as SAP, Google tools, analytics, and supervisory systems
•English proficiency for communication with foreign suppliers
•Availability to work in Sao Joao de Meriti, RJ on Marshall shift
