Lead shift operations for production teams, ensuring quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale targets are met. Coach and develop hourly associates, oversee daily shift and safety meetings, and manage departmental performance measures with visual controls and progress updates. Resolve employee issues, coordinate interviews, investigate accidents, and track absenteeism and timekeeping while continuously improving processes.
