Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • •Create wireframes/proof-of-concepts and develop custom visuals when native Power BI functionality is insufficient.
  • •Design and refine data models, and implement/maintain row-level and application-layer security.
  • •Act as first-level support for reporting/dashboard tickets and resolve most issues independently.
  • •Maintain documentation and monitor data quality, Power BI roadmap, and scheduled data refreshes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years hands-on Power BI development experience.
  • •Proficient in DAX and Power Query, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • •Experience implementing RLS and application-layer security models in Power BI.
  • •Understanding of financial or operational data is desirable.
  • •Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders on requirements and ad hoc requests.
