Senior Systems Engineer – Laser Integration & Applications (Advanced Substrates)

Design, integrate, and optimize laser-based processing systems for advanced transparent substrates used in capital manufacturing equipment. Lead end-to-end laser system integration, define system requirements with vendors, and drive system-level optimization across motion, substrate handling, vision alignment, and inspection. Own process window development for marking/serialization and laser singulation, plus validation plans and root-cause analysis to improve throughput, stability, yield, and customer-ready tool performance.
