Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out routine on-street maintenance, functional checks, and basic repairs on bicycles and e-Bikes across the cycle hire scheme.
  • •Replace and transport e-Bike batteries to maintain bike availability and meet customer demand.
  • •Operate an e-Cargo Bike or e-Van to support battery distribution and related operational activities.
  • •Lock in and release bicycles at docking stations, ensuring roadworthy bikes remain available for customers.
  • •Complete accurate electronic logging of work, parts usage, and battery movements using mobile devices, while following health and safety and operational procedures.
