Support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis processes. Collaborate with Financial Shared Services, FP&A, and business units to deliver accurate insights, ensuring timely and complete month-end closings, reconciliations, and variance analyses, while ensuring statutory IFRS reporting and local tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month-end closing and reporting activities according to the closing schedule
•Provide balance sheet comments as well as account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy at each month-end close
•Provide Profit and Loss (P&L) statement comments in terms of sales/COGS/Opex regarding variance analysis against actuals, including comparisons to prior periods
•Ensure the financial statements are compiled in accordance with local statutory accounting standards as well as Group IFRS
•Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete filing of statutory audited financial statements, tax, and VAT submissions to local authorities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance
•Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation
•Proven experience in year-end closing and audit coordination
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
