Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams supporting mergers and acquisitions across Health Services.
  • •Oversee integration of technology services, platforms and capabilities following acquisitions.
  • •Create and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business objectives.
  • •Coordinate multiple teams, dependencies and delivery partners, managing risks, issues and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
  • •Coach teams in Agile ways of working (sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, programme increment planning) and ensure alignment with governance, regulatory and data protection requirements.

  • •Experience delivering technology integration, transformation, or mergers and acquisitions programmes.
