Job Summary

Lead US compensation programs for job architecture, base salary, and short-term incentives across the US and Mexico markets. Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the global compensation team on benchmarking, pay equity, merit and promotions processes, salary structure creation, and job title harmonization. Oversee compensation requests, approve Workday compensation transactions, and provide reporting and insights that support consistent, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain salary structures for the US and Mexico markets for recruitment and promotion.
•Partner on offers and bespoke benchmarking for exceptional cases when new roles are added.
•Support global compensation projects including job architecture, compensation analysis, survey participation, salary structure creation, and job title harmonization.
•Execute core processes such as merit, promotions, benchmarking, and pay equity to ensure alignment and consistency.
•Collaborate on ad hoc compensation requests and approve Workday compensation transaction items (promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and employee data edits).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong, proven experience in compensation and/or human resources.
•Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and maturity.
•Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
•Experience with Workday and short/long-term incentive plans.
•Ability to produce detailed, accurate reports and insights to support decision-making.
