Key Responsibilities

•Lead the configuration and administration of Workday as the primary source of truth while ensuring seamless syncs with Greenhouse, Lattice, Checkr, and Slack
•Operate with a product management philosophy across tools, including user interviews, cross-functional system syncs, and end-user enablement to drive adoption
•Design and optimize workflows to reduce escalation and enable scale with self-service capabilities
•Manage the Jira service management queue for People Systems, triaging complex issues and providing high-touch support
•Partner with IT to build and monitor integrations (EIBs, Studio, or iPaaS) to keep data moving and prevent data silos

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 108,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience in People Systems/HRIS, with at least 3 years of deep configuration experience in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Security)
•Proven experience to own a project from 'we have a problem' to 'we launched the solution' with ability to drive multiple streams, enable end-user adoption, and document standards
•Demonstrated ability to think and act like a product manager and treat the People technology stack as a product
•Practical experience administering tools that handle Talent Acquisition, Performance/Engagement, and Tier 1-3 Ticketing
•Experience with EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS tools to troubleshoot integration failures
