Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the calibration database, including tool ownership and locations, and communicate calibration recalls to tool owners and stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate equipment rotations and physical recall of devices requiring calibration.
  • •Build and maintain calibration infrastructure (e.g., drop locations, standardized intake information, vendor instructions).
  • •Create calibration processes and procedures, including roles/responsibilities, and support training of internal stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate calibration activities with vendors, including quotes, purchase orders, scheduling, and ensure certificates and compliance with required standards/regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37 - 49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Science, Engineering, or similar technical field (or will consider Military training/experience such as PMEL, TMDE, or Electronics).
  • •Experience managing calibration at a large organization and production environment.
  • •Experience working with and managing 3rd-party calibration vendors.
  • •Experience improving calibration processes and procedures, with emphasis on process creation.
  • •Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
