Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Owner’s Representation and project management services for commissioning and quality control delivery.
  • •Partner with owner teams and design teams to manage quality and commissioning reporting and confirm QA/QC requirements with integrators.
  • •Facilitate inspections, review vendor/general contractor quality and commissioning plans, and support development of testing and inspection procedures when needed.
  • •Support commissioning process execution through regular meetings, resolve conflicts, and assist with punch list development and closeout.
  • •Conduct pre-construction inspections and ongoing site visits; prepare project status and construction risk assessment reports and review drawings/specifications for completeness and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Commissioning and quality control experience on complex projects (hospitals/medical facilities, laboratories, large commercial buildings, high rise buildings, manufacturing facilities, or power plants/transformers).
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience on data center commissioning is preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources and demonstrate organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
