Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead material transition projects from current to new materials across production and supply chain operations.
  • •Develop phase-in/phase-out strategies and ensure planning readiness for new materials, including parameters, system setup, and inventory strategies.
  • •Align demand forecasts, supply requirements, and transition plans with cross-functional stakeholders; develop and manage material purchase plans.
  • •Govern inventory levels and working capital impact during transitions, including excess and obsolete (E&O) risk management and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • •Act as key coordinator and drive governance reviews to track milestones, assess risks, monitor KPIs, and enable decision-making across stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
  • •Experience managing material transition, new product introduction (NPI), or phase-in/phase-out activities.
  • •Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning processes.
  • •Good command of Thai and English; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
