Job Summary

Lead end-to-end material transition projects for a global jewellery brand, driving phase-in/phase-out strategies from current to new materials across production and the supply chain. Align demand forecasts, supply requirements, and purchase plans with cross-functional partners, while governing inventory levels, working capital, and ERP/MRP planning parameters. Manage risks, monitor KPIs, and run governance reviews to ensure successful transitions and continuous production continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead material transition projects from current to new materials across production and supply chain operations.
•Develop phase-in/phase-out strategies and ensure planning readiness for new materials, including parameters, system setup, and inventory strategies.
•Align demand forecasts, supply requirements, and transition plans with cross-functional stakeholders; develop and manage material purchase plans.
•Govern inventory levels and working capital impact during transitions, including excess and obsolete (E&O) risk management and inventory optimization initiatives.
•Act as key coordinator and drive governance reviews to track milestones, assess risks, monitor KPIs, and enable decision-making across stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
•Experience managing material transition, new product introduction (NPI), or phase-in/phase-out activities.
•Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning processes.
•Good command of Thai and English; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
