Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical inputs to land use planning projects as part of a team of planners, environmental specialists, landscape architects, and engineers.
  • •Support preparation of planning consent applications for energy, water, infrastructure, and large-scale residential schemes, including writing planning statements and policy appraisals.
  • •Conduct planning research and analysis and assist with identifying planning risk.
  • •Help represent the organisation by developing relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders through project work and networking.
  • •Support the planning team’s operations, sharing technical knowledge and assisting management as required.

Key Requirements
