Lead the Operations organization at the Silver Peak site, driving safety, quality, and productivity for daily production execution. As a member of site leadership, manage an approximately 30-person team, ensure compliance with Albemarle, environmental, MSHA, and HSE requirements, and coach direct reports. Build and track Operations KPIs, drive incident investigations with corrective actions, and advance operational discipline through lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Provide leadership for daily production execution to plan and for meeting cost, yield, and quality requirements.
•Drive incident investigations to root cause, implement corrective actions, and develop Operations KPIs to improve performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
•5+ years of leadership experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated influential leadership skills.
•Strong facilitation and communication skills.
•Experience coaching and developing others.
