Job Summary

Lead contracting and procurement activities within a PMC organization for ADNOC offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects. Own the full contract lifecycle—from contracting strategy and tender/bid management through award and post-award administration—ensuring compliance with project requirements, company policies, and international best practices. Serve as the contractual focal point across client, contractors, engineering, and legal/commercial teams, managing risk and contract performance throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop project-specific Contracting & Procurement (C&P) strategies for offshore FEED, EPC, T&I, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
•Lead tendering and bid management: prepare RFP/ITT and pre-qualification documents, run clarification meetings and site visits, and coordinate evaluations.
•Manage contract formation and award activities, finalizing terms with legal and leadership and preparing award recommendations and approvals.
•Oversee post-award contract management: monitor performance, lead change/variation and claims/back-charges, and maintain contract administration (correspondence, logs, payment certs, KPIs).
•Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks, manage contractual interfaces across offshore packages, and supervise/mentor junior contract engineers in the PMC team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, or related field.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in contract engineering or contract management, preferably in offshore oil & gas.
•Strong understanding of contracting strategies (EPC, EPIC, T&I, LSTK) and international contract forms such as FIDIC and LOGIC.
•Experience in PMC roles on major offshore projects is highly desirable.
•Proven skills in negotiation, claims management, and risk management, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
