Job Summary

Own go-to-market planning and lead end-to-end launches for new DEWALT Tools & Solutions innovations across EMEA ANZ. Develop insight-led brand and campaign strategies, create and localize multi-channel launch assets, and ensure campaigns drive awareness to conversion. Partner with Product, Digital, Shopper Marketing, and global brand teams to deliver integrated execution, build market engagement through toolkits and activations, and embed brand best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end launches and key innovation campaigns for the DEWALT Tools & Solutions portfolio across EMEA ANZ.
•Own go-to-market planning with Product and Commercial teams to deliver on time, on brand, and to commercial standards.
•Develop insight-led campaign strategies and creative platforms that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
•Oversee creation, localization, and deployment of launch and campaign assets across channels and touchpoints.
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated execution, support local markets with toolkits and activation, and embed brand best practices.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing, ideally in tools, hardware, construction, automotive, professional trade, FMCG, or consumer goods.
•Proven ability to develop and deliver brand strategies and campaigns that build brand equity and drive commercial results at scale.
•Expertise in brand positioning, value proposition development, and creating compelling brand narratives across multiple audiences and channels.
•Experience leading complex product launches and paid media campaigns in both B2B and B2C environments.
•Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and with agency partners.
