Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide current and emergent intelligence reporting by updating, maintaining, and disseminating products for customers.
  • •Execute and track intelligence sharing among multiple stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs and create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use.
  • •Maintain the knowledge management repository so configuration items and technical documentation are accessible, indexed, permissioned, and linked to operational systems.
  • •Track and manage configuration changes and ensure configuration assets and documentation remain controlled and consistent with approved baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance.
  • •10+ years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, including at least five years as a technical lead.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field; or 4 years of demonstrated IT-discipline experience as a substitution in lieu of the degree.
  • •Strong ability to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts with a leadership team.
  • •Experience configuring system/service baselines and maintaining controlled, accurate technical documentation sets.
