Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate commercial agreements into clear delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities; organize and lead kickoff calls, set up recurring check-ins, and manage all program communications.
  • •Act as the operational lead during live program delivery; support instructors, monitor session pacing and quality, and mitigate risks before they become problems.
  • •Lead post-cohort retrospectives and turn feedback into concrete improvements for the next round; coordinate cross-cohort updates and deliver clear program wrap-ups with outcomes and recommendations.
  • •Keep a close eye on scope; flag deviations early and partner with account teams on change requests to stay aligned with what was sold.
  • •Use AI tools and automations to streamline workflows, status tracking, communication, and reporting; build and iterate on AI-powered automations for faster, more reliable program delivery.
