Key Requirements

  • •BSEE with 12+ years of experience in ASIC and system signal and power integrity for high-speed SerDes.
  • •Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience managing people and projects.
  • •Knowledge of package-level, PCB-level, and/or system-level signal integrity and power integrity for package/PCB designs.
  • •Hands-on technical understanding of SI/PI workflows including EDA extractions/simulations, lab measurements, and lab/measurement correlation.
